In Pinellas County land recycling starts with our Brownfields Program by encouraging the cleanup and redevelopment of abandoned, idle or underused properties. EPA grant funding is available for free Phase I and Phase II environmental site audits. The program is a cornerstone in our redevelopment and community revitalization efforts.
