The Naimoli Institute for Business Strategy provides internal (operational) and external (enviromental/competitive) analysis to bay area businesses. Recommendations for improving an organization's efficiency and effectiveness are also provided. The Strategic Analysis Program pairs teams of undergraduate candidates and MBA candidates with local businesses to provide this research and advice.
