| The Chamber is extending the Executive Boardroom program to non-profit executives. Non-profit organizations operate much like a small business, yet there are issues that the executive faces that are different from the typical business organization. The Executive Boardroom program for non-profits can help the executive examines issues such as strategic planning, board development, staffing, expansion, downsizing, partnering, etc. Determining best practices from team members and invited presentations can expedite the process.
Potential members must fill an executive level position in a non-profit organization that has been operating a minimum of three years. The boardroom meets for 3 hours once a month. Members are asked to commit to a one-year membership. Fees are $100 quarterly (chamber members) and $200 quarterly (non-chamber members).
