| The Clearwater Chamber Technology Forum and the Technology & Manufacturing Council of the St. Petersburg Chamber will present a program on Homeland Security and some of the measures taking place in the war against terrorism. State and local officials along with local business representatives will also share ideas about this emerging industry and local business opportunities. Two panels of guest presenters will represent the Ports Council, Coast Guard, St. Pete/Clearwater Airport, Skyway Aircraft Security, NASA, Emergency Operations, Florida Technology Office, and Raytheon. The event will begin at 8:30 am with coffee and pastries and the program follows at 9:00 am. This program is free but registration is required. The Maddux Report most recent magazine publication is on Homeland Security and is sponsoring the event. |
