Rene van de Zande, President and CEO of EMERGO GROUP
After receiving Masters Degrees in both International Relations and International Economics, Rene served as Senior Issues Coordinator for the EU Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Brussels, Managing Director of the European-American Industrial Council in both Geneva and Brussels, and as Senior Commercial Specialist for the U. S. foreign Commercial Service.
Mr. van de Zande established Emergo Group, specializing in regulatory issues confronting manufacturers and distributors of medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics exporting to Europe or North America. Rene then branched out from the basic service, offering Export assistance and implementation of technical and legal requirements for the European and North American regulatory and quality assurance services.
