| We are faced with tremendous challenges as our county moves into the future, but we are also presented with tremendous opportunities. Pinellas County has little land left for new development, but development and revitalization of existing developed areas is important to the future of the county.
Just as important is the protection of the character and quality of our neighborhoods and communities, our businesses and industries, our cultural and natural environment and the very things that brought many of us to Pinellas County in the first place.
So how do we balance the need for a vital economy with the need to protect the special character and communities that make Pinellas County a great place to live, a desirable place to work and a lively place to visit?
We can do it with your help! We would like to invite you to attend any or all of the upcoming workshops to help us respond to these challenges and opportunities. |
